Standard Fees:

Application Fee: $70 per applicant

Administrative Fee: $200

Deposit: $200 - 1 month's rent depending on credit

Optional Add-Ons: 

Pet Fee (One-Time): $350 for 1st pet, $150 for 2nd pet

PetScreening.com Profile (One-Time): $30

Pet Rent (Monthly): $20 per pet
